Thought of the day

When having an causal discussion.
Why is it common place to quote someone with credentials that had or has the same option as yourself?

Removing science and math from the conversation, or any absolute proven truth, not that there are many, why can't a statement be analyzed by its own merit if it’s a personal opinion or social commentary. Without stating "and in the words of", for we all know if one expert says one thing you can easily find another that says the opposite.

Thought of the day

Most people ( personal opinion ) demonstrates a strong outer shell to
the world. Regardless of their true thoughts. Is this a sign of weakness or
strength? I would say weakness. The stronger the shell the weaker the
person. Yet, no shell intimidates people. How strange.

Personally, I'm still trying to figure out how thick my shell is?
How thick is yours?
