Men and women are not equal!!!!
There are differences biologically, emotionally, and physically. Some men have what is more traditionally feminine characteristics and vis versa. But, over all were not the same.
We are just like any other animal. Its too bad were not mature enough
to embrace and respect our differences instead of all trying to be the Alpha male (even the women).

Equality between men and women is not limited to just physical qualities. Of course we are not equal in that respect, and I do not believe that is an issue that is under debate. What is debatable is the fact that in many cases women are not equal in the work place even when they perform the exact same job as their male counter parts. Oh, and by the way, biologically is the same as physically.
I personally can't say I have seen this first hand. I have co-workers
that perform similar tasks. Some male and female and we all get paid differently based on pervious increments in yearly raises. Especially, in an environment where
there are many influential and managerial positions held by women.
In general many people find themselves in bad situations. I believe this to be true but fortuity but not the rule.
As for the definitions you are correct. I was trying to distinguish between outer physical appearance and internal make up of body chemically and emotionally in general terms
